Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

1. Clear photos of the damaged product
2. Clear photos of the product packaging
3. Your order number

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery or without sufficient photo evidence may be denied.

Upon review and verification of the damage, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
